The City of St. John's helps in several ways. The department of Arts and Cultural Development oversees programmes through which we receive operating funds from the City. They allow us to use Bannerman Park and the city staff is very helpful in helping us convert the park to a festival site. The City also markets our festival through the St. John's Time promotions.
