Refund/Donation Information
Saturday, August 6th Afternoon Session Only
The Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Arts Society will be offering refunds for tickets purchased for the cancelled August 6th Saturday Afternoon Session of the 35th Annual Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Festival. To obtain a refund, please follow the instructions below.
Tickets purchased online at www.ticketpro.ca, via the Ticketpro call centre or at Holy Heart Theatre Box Office – refunds can be obtained by calling a Ticketpro representative at 1-877-790-1118. Tickets purchased at any other Ticketpro outlet can be refunded at the actual outlet of purchase or by calling the previously listed toll-free number.
Tickets purchased at O’Brien’s Music Store will be refunded by The Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Arts Society. Ticketholders are asked to return their unused ticket and a copy of the Refund/Donation Request form to the Folk Arts Society office. The form is available here. Refunds will be issued by cheque only.
The Folk Arts Society apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of this event. Please note that tickets purchased for other sessions of the 35th Annual Newfoundland and Labrador Folk Festival will not be refunded.
The deadline to apply for ticket refunds is August 31st, 2011. Tickets will be refunded for the full price of the ticket (including service fees).
