We asked the people who ran “The Sprout” food concession at this year’s Festival to talk a bit about their experience. Here’s what they said:

In preparing for the Festival, Julia and I thought back to the balmy days of years past and getting down during a sweltering Mopaya set. We figured our menu should consist of a variety of salads and portable snacks that folks could bring back to their blankets. Even by Friday night we realized that a quick menu change was in order due to unseasonable cold. We changed to a rice pilaf, burritos and hot apple cider. Luckily the ol' sun came out by Sunday and our salads were enjoyed after all. What a great change of scene to work outdoors. Good times and good vibes all around...and another sweltering Mopaya set too.
