SJFAC memberships for 2000 are now due. Poor weather on the Friday night of last year's festival resulted in reduced attendance and a financial shortfall which we are still trying to make up through reduced office hours over the winter, occasional benefits at the Ship Inn, grant applications and efforts to increase sponsorship. Our members are asked to do their part by paying their membership dues promptly by mail to our Water Street office or at folk nights on Wednesday at the Ship Inn. Annual dues are now $20, still cheap by most organization's standards. Please help us out by encouraging your friends to join up.
