Second Stage Presents

We are pleased that with funding from the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council and support from many local individuals, we will continue our Saturday night acoustic concerts at the Gower Street United Church.

Da Boys Play Da Blues
Saturday, August 13th – Three of our hottest local players Denis Parker, Peter Narvaez and Scott Goudie
performing together for an evening of acoustic blues.

Kings and Queens
Saturday, September 17th – A dual duo evening of acoustic folk music Rik Barron and Dave Panting PLUS
Jean Hewson and Christina Smith.

Fresh Voices
Saturday, October 15th – Two up-and-coming songwriters in concert- David William and Ashley Fayth performing dynamic original tunes in an intimate acoustic setting.

Always wanted to Learn to Dance? Now's your chance!  The SJFAC Dancers meet most Monday evenings to learn and practice traditional set dances of Newfoundland.  New dancers are most welcome! For information, contact the Doctor of Dance, Ford Elms Ford Elms or the SJFAC office.
