Stan Pickett, of Fair Island Bonavista Bay, provided these two dance tunes. While Stan is known for composing great tunes on the accordion, these are traditional singles that he played for dances on the Island while in his teens. They have since become common at dances in St. John's, where Stan now lives and plays regularly. Fair Island was resettled in the 1960’s; however, many summer homes still exist there.
